During the creating process I will be reaching out with questions and sending updates.

Please allow me 24 hours for response and at least 2 business days  to collect supplies needed.

Please note that additional specialty supplies like wreath hangers, large vases, and other items may need additional time to collect. 

If you have not purchased from me in the past, I may require a prepaid deposit towards your order before I start creating to cover cost of any additional supplies needed.  

If something happens and your order is no longer needed or I do not hear a response for an extended time after your order is completed.  I will place the item for sale. 

Fresh flowers - Lack of response after 48 hours - After Completion 

I will partially refund your deposit depending on the cost of flowers if all ready purchased. If flowers are not yet purchased, you will receive your full refund. 

Dried flowers - Lack or response after 72 hours - After Completion 

You will receive your full refund.

I DO NOT want to take your money without providing something in return and I would prefer not  to sell something I made for you to another customer. I will not buy flowers without properly notifying you first and getting confirmation. I keep all my customers updated throughout the process and will notify you in every way I can before putting a item for sale. 

I am a small business and don't markup my arrangements very much, and I only do this because I cannot afford to lose money.
